End User License Agreement.
This agreement governs installation and use of Juicy Media Organizer. Activating the product confirms acceptance of these terms.
License grant
Juicy LLC grants the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use Media Organizer on up to two activated devices. The license covers the purchased product entitlement and is not ownership of the software or source code.
Restrictions
You may not redistribute, sublicense, resell, share license credentials, bypass activation controls, reverse engineer except where applicable law expressly permits it, remove proprietary notices, abuse Juicy services, or use the software unlawfully.
Activation and offline use
Activation requires an online validation. A valid installation receives a signed 30-day offline token and may continue through a 14-day connection grace period after a failed refresh. The license may stop validating after refund, revocation, disabling, expiry where applicable, or a material breach.
Updates and compatibility
The update client may offer optional or mandatory compatibility and security updates through private downloads. Supported platforms and Adobe hosts are listed on the product, documentation, and release pages. Network failure must not modify or damage customer project files.
Termination
You may stop using the product and uninstall it at any time. Juicy may terminate or disable a license for fraud, redistribution, payment reversal, service abuse, or material breach, subject to applicable law.
