Privacy notice.
This notice explains how Juicy LLC processes the information needed to operate the website, fulfil software purchases, deliver licenses, protect downloads, and provide support.
Information we process
Juicy may process your email address, billing country, Stripe transaction references, order and license identifiers, hashed installation identifiers, device names supplied by you, activation records, download grants, email-delivery status, and support messages. Privacy-safe website analytics may also record page paths, approximate country, referring domain, UTM campaign labels, coarse device category, and a random identifier limited to the current browser-tab session.
How it is used
This information is used to understand aggregate website traffic and advertising performance, complete purchases, prevent duplicate fulfilment, validate licenses, enforce activation limits, deliver private files, send transactional messages, prevent abuse, provide support, reconcile payments, and maintain operational audit logs.
Processors and payment data
Stripe processes card and payment details through its hosted Checkout. Juicy does not receive or store complete card numbers. Cloudflare provides hosting, security, data storage, access control, and transactional email infrastructure.
Retention and rights
First-party website analytics events are retained for up to 180 days. Other records are retained only as needed for fulfilment, security, accounting, legal obligations, and support. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, contact the privacy address below. Some order, fraud-prevention, and legal records may need to be retained.
Security
Juicy website analytics does not store visitor IP addresses, email addresses, full referring URLs, or persistent cross-session visitor identifiers. Juicy stores only keyed license hashes for validation, uses encrypted temporary key delivery, hashes installation identifiers, and does not expose private storage paths or full IP addresses in the customer interface.
