Website and sale terms.

These terms apply when you use juicy.tools, purchase a Juicy product, receive a license, access private downloads, or contact Juicy support.

Product and price

Media Organizer is offered as a USD 49 one-time desktop license for one user and up to two activated devices. Any taxes or payment-method charges shown by Stripe at checkout form part of the order total.

Payment and fulfilment

Payment is completed through Stripe Checkout. A browser redirect does not create an entitlement: Juicy fulfils an order only after verifying the signed Stripe webhook. The purchase email receives the license and private download instructions.

License and updates

The license is perpetual for the purchased product version and includes the update entitlement described on the product and release pages. Activation uses a 30-day offline token and a 14-day connection grace period. Separate products require separate entitlements unless sold as a bundle.

Acceptable use

You may not resell or share license credentials, evade activation limits, distribute private downloads, interfere with the service, use the product unlawfully, or attempt to obtain another customer's data.

Availability and support

Juicy aims to keep licensing, download, and update services available, but temporary interruptions may occur. The offline policy is designed so a short outage does not immediately block active work. Support is available at info@juicy.tools.
