How to activate a Juicy license.
Activation validates the Media Organizer entitlement, binds it to the current installation, and stores a signed offline token in macOS Keychain or Windows Credential Manager.

Open license settings
Open the license control inside Media Organizer. Never send a full License Key through ordinary email or include it in a support screenshot.

Enter the key on the device you use
The product policy is one user and up to two activated devices. Reactivating the same installation does not consume a new slot.

Complete the online check
First activation requires a connection to the Juicy licensing service. A successful response provides a signed offline token for the current installation.

Confirm product and device status
After activation, the panel should show the entitled product, device name, activations used, and the next required online validation date.

Frequently asked questions
How long can Media Organizer work offline?
A valid activation receives a 30-day offline token followed by a 14-day connection grace period. Temporary API outages do not immediately interrupt an active project.
How many devices are planned?
One license is for one user and supports up to two activated devices.
Should I share my full License Key with support?
No. Keep the full key private. Support should use a masked reference or order identifier.
