Device management

How to deactivate a Juicy device.

Deactivation will release the current installation from the licence activation limit. The service is not connected yet, so this page currently provides the operational flow only.

01

Deactivate before moving machines

When possible, deactivate from the existing installation before replacing a computer, reinstalling the operating system, or removing the panel.

02

Use the product or licence page

The panel will offer Deactivate this device. The website management page will provide the same action after secure licence verification.

03

Confirm the server response

Do not assume that deleting local files releases a device. A successful server response must reduce the authoritative activation count.

04

Request a reset only when necessary

If a device is lost or unavailable, the management workflow will support a controlled reset. Resets will be logged and may require an online check.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does uninstalling deactivate a device?

No. Removing local files is not a server-side deactivation.

What if the old computer is unavailable?

The future management workflow will support a controlled device reset with an audit record.

Can support see my full licence key?

The planned system stores keyed hashes rather than plaintext keys. Full keys should not appear in support logs.
